Our pigs are raised beneath a walnut grove. They spend their days foraging for nuts and enjoying the shade that the trees provide. They are fed organically grown non-GMO feed and excess skim milk, leftover from butter making, from our own cows.

Pork may be purchased by the cut at the farmer's markets or at our farm store.
