Here at Liberty Hill Farm, it is our desire to raise the purest and most delicious food available. We start the chickens at one day old. They are Pasture-Raised which means that they live in the fresh air and sunshine and are regularly rotated over fresh pastures. In addition to their diet of grass and insects, they receive organically grown non-gmo feed. The chickens are humanely processed  and packaged  on our farm.

They are mainly sold as frozen whole chickens, boneless breasts, leg quarters, thighs, drumsticks, wings, and drummettes and wingettes. In the summer and fall months, the chicken is sold fresh at the farmer's markets and on request.
